At Birch & Banyan, we roast all our coffee in-house right here in Hartland. Roasting our own beans means we have full control over quality, freshness, and flavor—so every cup we serve is exactly how we like it: rich, smooth, and thoughtfully crafted. We also offer custom coffee blends crafted just for your business. Whether you want a gift for clients, custom coffee in your office, or need delicious coffee for your restaurant, we’ll work with you to create a signature roast that fits your style and flavor preferences. Private Conference Rooms
Birch & Banyan offers two private conference rooms, perfect for meetings, study sessions, book clubs, and more. Our main floor room comfortably seats 6-8 people, while our upstairs room accommodates 10-14.
Rooms are free of charge for meetings lasting two hours or less, with a fee of $20 for a half day or $40 for a full day. Designed for comfort and productivity, each space provides a welcoming atmosphere with cozy seating, free Wi-Fi, and, of course, great coffee just steps away. Reserve your space and make it your own!

Brew for a Cause is our way of turning your daily coffee into something bigger. Each month, our Brew for a Cause roast will feature a local nonprofit — because great coffee should do good, too.
Purchase a retail bag of our Brew for a Cause roast and 100% of profits will go toward the organization of the month.
